How long will my order take to arrive?

We don’t hold large quantities of stock on site, but if you have placed an order for something we have in store that does not require decoration we will ship it that day for next day delivery if ordered before 2pm.

If that does need decoration it should be with you in a week or so.

If you have placed a large teamwear order requiring decoration we will look to have that dispatched and with you in around 2/3 week (During our peak times this time-scale can increase to 6 weeks).

If you have placed a large teamwear order that does not require decoration we would look to have that with you in around a weeks time.

How do I make payment?

Payments can be made via Cheque, PayPal, Debit Card and Bacs Transfer.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

If you want your goods to be shipped to another address, please fill out the delivery address section on the screen upon checkout. Please note however that for a first order, the delivery must be to the cardholders address.

What if it is the wrong size on arrival?

If we have shipped a different size to what you confirmed, we will replace the goods free of charge. However, we cannot replace customised goods supplied in accordance with the customisation sheets that you have confirmed. We therefore strongly suggest that you have a sample if you are unsure of sizes.

Any goods that are supplied uncustomised can be returned for an exchange providing that they are done so in an unused condition.

Can you invoice the sponsor directly?

At the bottom of the payment screen there is a section to add additional instructions for this order. If would like us to invoice your sponsor directly, please add those instructions there.

What is the delivery charge?

Recorded delivery (next day) standard charge of £7.95

Free Delivery on all orders over £500.00

Who should I contact regarding an order error?

This is very rare, but if this should occur, contact our Sales Department on (01191) 340 9311 or email us at bolampsportswear@aol.co.uk and they will be able to look into any possible errors for you.

What should I do if the item that I want is not on the club shop?

Contact the Sales Advisor who will add the item so that it can be ordered.

Can I request a customised sample?

No, samples are sent uncustomised and are for sizing and colour purposes only.

Can I request 2 of the same item in a sample?

No, a sample is limited to 6 individual items and each item must be different (you can request the same item in different colours and sizes, but not 2 or more items exactly the same)
