Returns & Exchanges

We endeavour to complete the order to the customer’s specification but are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. 

All orders collected in-store must be checked by the customer before leaving the premises. Bolam Premier Sportswear Ltd will not be responsible for any missing, damaged or incorrectly decorated items which were not mentioned at the collection stage. 

All products, either collected or delivered that have not been customised may be returned in the condition they were received in, however all tags must still be attached for refund or exchange. Items must be received within 30 days of receipt. Inspection by our customer service department will take place prior to any action being taken. Products damaged by customer wear or use, however minor, will not be exchanged or refunded. Customised products supplied in accordance with your order acknowledgement and customisation sheets which are confirmed by the customer are non-returnable.

When exchanging or replacing products, the customer will be invoiced for any return carriage fees prior to the replacement item being supplied. Please read our delivery information found below for pricing:

For returns not requiring exchange or replacements, Bolam Premier Sportswear Ltd will supply a refund via the original payment method within 4-6 working days of receipt of the returned products, and no later than 14 days.

Important notes:

  • You have 30 days from the point your order has been received.
  • We reserve the right to reject any and all embellished/customised products.
  • Please do not send back items that have not been authorised for return. If we are unable to accept the return, we will need to arrange to have this returned, which will incur an additional charge.
  • Ensure you obtain a proof of delivery. If you do not have proof of delivery, and we do not receive your order, we will be unable to process any refund or exchange.

When returning or exchanging an item(s), customers are required to complete a return form. Bolam Premier Sportswear Ltd requires the completed form to be printed and returned with all goods being exchanged or returned. Please find the returns form below:
